Go down the 215 and get off on Ramona Expressway - then its about 5 miles east. If you pass the first 2 parking lots and park closer to the middle of the fairgrounds its easier to get out after the show. I always park in the last lot by the livestock pavilions and have never had a problem getting good parking. The bleachers are metal and get cold - bring a blanket to sit on. If you want a good seat plan on getting in line early - at least 1 hour early. The left side entrance tends to be less crowded. There's a concession stand right there and bathrooms so if you get hungry you'll have what you need.

Depending on where you are in highland you can make it in about an hour. It is about 33 miles like the other guy said. after all it is not deep into perris it is by the border of Moreno valley and Perris

About an hour or less depending on traffic.
You must get there very early like 5 hours because it fills up quick and its first come first serve
i wen tto see raven last year because i lve right around the corner.
i showed up about and hour early and got HORRIBLE seats
