What are the legalities of being able to drink in a limo or on a bus but not in a car?

I'm guessing that the legal situation is that in a bus or limo, there is a clear distinction between the driver and the passengers. In a limo there is even a physical barrier.

From my experience as a LEO I have to say that you cannot legally drink in a limo or a bus. We all know that it is often done, but technically it's a no-no.

A bus, and a limo have a different classification than a personal passenger vehicle.

depends on the state. in any case you must be 21 yrs old period. to be sure, call your police dept and speak to a traffic unit.
