Go take a nap. Fuggedaboutit. Ain't no harm done. By the way - ain't no such thing as a chili PEPPER. Chilis are not peppers.

If it's not causing you any problem (for example, excess stomach acid, heartburn, indigestion, etc.), then don't worry.

If it's bothering you, take an antacid (such as Rolaids, Tums, Pepto-Bismol, etc).

It won't hurt you. People eat peppers all the time.

Ok, well if the problem is that it's burning your mouth, eat BREAD and water. If it's making your stomach hurt, take some tums or some alka-seltzer.

for mouth burn - avoid water oils in pepper will just be spread.
To help stomach - milk, cheese or pepto and other antacids

drink milk... no water, or juice, they'll just make the spiciness worse. if it's ure gut ure worried about, either hope for the best, or hope for medical help :P
