Glad I'm not in prison. My shamrock( 4 leaf clover) is part of a tattoo I have had for a couple of decades. Above it is written in Gaelic that describes a part of my life and a time in my life.
An Irishman with Gaelic would know what it means but loosely translates is as follows. " Mi tuig aog ach anna miann air son beatha'' There is a skull in the middle and a clover leaf beneath. It means, basically, " I know death but lust for life". Hard to translate because it is a combination of Irish Gaelic, Scottish Gaelic and Manse.
I am glad to know it may mean something else but I still dont plan on going to prison.

Me thinks you are going to prison and are scared of the AB since this isn't the first time you have asked this. Get it covered up with something else.
Edit: What is the design of the tat? The AB guys usually have pretty uniform ones. If yours is just a shamrock or a shamrock intertwined w/ something else, it may not be a big deal. It really depends on what it is. Email me if you are really worried. I know a guy who would have a defintive answer, if you get my drift.

Norse is a term that Odin Pagans choose to label themselves and some followers wear like-tattoo's without the racial tones that supremacists tout. Racism is not a religion. Evil finds itself naked without a cloak. Sadly, devils wear horned viking symbols. Be Norse. Be proud. Northmen don't need horns (except to swill mead). If your parent won't bear the ink see if he can hoist one of the Viking Era swords being marketed.
