Very gradually. Start out in intervals of 45 minutes or so to each side then build up to to an hour, 1-1/2 hours, 2 hours. You still need to use sunscreen, but a gradual even tan is worth the effort and time. Sunburn is miserable.

use indoor tanning lotion, also indoor tanning lotions have like bronzers, which help you tan faster, cellutox which is for anti- wrinkle and some even have firming formulas. Make sure on the back of the bottle it says with sun screen. Good luck!

well u can go to a tanning salon!!
well maybe only the popular girls go there!!hah:D
or just go out side and run around so the sun cant catch u and eat a lot of cheese!
it works trust me!

Stay out of the sun and if you must be, then use the highest level of sunscreen you can and keep applying it. Use self tanners to achieve the affect you want safely.
