Keep the silverware that your not using at the moment in the oder it was set. Keep your left hand off the table, and don't use the table as a rest for your right hand.
Sit up fairly straight, but not like a stiff sit...you want to look comfortable. Talk some, and don't eat to much. Drink with your right hand, and DONT make a slurping noise!!
Try not to scrape your plate to much with the silverware.
Keep your napkin on your lap...that way if you need to wipe your hands it won't be so noticible when you do it under the table. Be polite, don't forget to say 'thank you' once in awhile when something is passed to you (Not to often though)
Don't keep your legs crossed, and don't kick them around or lay them stretched out under the table.

Yeah, this is just a bunch of random babbering. lol I don't think people care about it as much as you just enjoying yourself though. If your nervous or seem to picky about being etiquette your going to make others feel like they have to be more picky too. A pleasant smile and nice conversation are the main points

I don't really know, only what I've seen on Martha (lol). I think the main idea is to cut things into little bites, make as little sounds as possible, never let your spoon click your teeth. Napkin in lap, left hand stays there unless needed to eat. Butter bread first, then tear it up into small bites as you consume it.

Maybe google Miss Manners or Martha?

On their backs or in the dish, plate when finished. Sit up straight and show interest in those around you. Let your eyes laugh. Don't be nervous, or everyone will get nervous. Be honest and comfortable,as you would like them to be. Enjoy.
