I'm 22 and since a year from time to time I get nosebleed only from my right nostril for no reason. I don't understand what is causing it. I know sometimes I feel a little pressure or better to say a little excited/anxious for no reason but just a little.

So if you could give me any advice or site or whatever that can help me figure out what's going on with this thing, I would really appreciate!

Thanks!

I had a small hemangioma in the right nostril that bled spontaneously from time to time. My ENT was able to cauterize it with a silver nitrate stick. That did the trick for a year, then it recurred. The ENT cauterized it again, and it has not recurred again in the last four years.

If you get a little excited/anxious and it happens It could be that you breath hard on that side and dry it out then it will crack the small vassal in there. Think about how you breath at those times and a little water or lotion could keep it moist enough to keep it from bleeding.
