In person is both the kindest and hardest. You may be scared they will cry or scream (or try to talk you out of it), but you also owe them the chance to see it in your face that you really mean it. It is also good closure for both of you. Never email or text!!! In addition to being too impersonal, they will have a record of it and may send it to all kinds of people you don't want to see it or just plain print and reread it and continuously mope over seeing the words.

I would say A in person.I feel the other ways are cowardly and rude.Honesty is the best policy.Regardless if it may hurt or not.Have had eperience with being broke up with over the phone before it sucks.And I have been ignored.

The very best way to "dump someone" is to apprise them in person that you are not worthy of their attention. Let them know without doubt that you are the biggest slug/worm in the entire world. Ask them to forgive you for being such an ****** and suggest to them that they would be doing nothing but the right thing to let you flounder in your own ignorance.

Find the best looking, most sexy person you can. Give them carte blanche to take the soon to be ex to the most expensive restaurant in a limo, with flowers and champagne.

I'm not choosing anything, because a phone call is the most likely and it's not akin to email. do unto others and all.....it will happen to you someday as well, think about how you would like to be treated.
