Just ask him out...or if you like ask him for "help" like your other question said and flirt it up.
Either way is fine.

It sounds like he likes you a lot — to the point that he isn't sure whether he has a chance with you or not. Honestly, it can be weird if a girl asks a guy out. It simply depends on HOW she's asking him out. For instance, if you went up to him and told him, "this is so annoying, I kind of want to cry because I don't know what your intentions are." I COMPLETELY recognize you are sharing how you feel with us, however that will weird out a guy if you were that honest with him. NOW…if you want this guy, I suggest luring him. Be confidant, because this guy is speechless about you. There's something about you that he values a lot. Find out what your common interests are, or mention a new restaurant or movie that's coming out…see if any of those hook him and get him to start talking…drop a suggestion that you should go sometime…and let things go on from there. Essentially, keep it casual and if you can, bonus points for leading him to think it was his idea asking you out. That's powerful and helps build confidence in men.

You know I dont really see the difference in a guy and a girl asking the other out. I mean if you like someone then what is the difference if he ask you out. What are the girls to high and mighty and see themselves as being above males as to go ask one out I mean seriously I would like to see more girls go after what they want and quit living by he should have to this and that cause that is how it always has been

it is not weird for a girl to ask a guy out. it is good cause if the guy was too shy to ask the girl out, by the girl initiating the first move. something can happen. so it is okay to ask out guys.

look if you want to ask a guy out just do it. just think how do you feel when a guy ask you to go out. not much different with us. actually i like a woman that takes initiative. cause sometimes we dont see you, so help us in that department.

Absolutely not! Ask us out. It shows strong character and an ability to "take charge". A lot of guys like that....I know I do.

not at all. its fine. u dont have to be traditional. i would like more girls to ask me out. rather than them dropping hints and making me do it while im unsure of whether she likes me or not.

its awesome. to me when anyone ask out someone else it shows that they are in control of their life. they choose who they want in and the ones they dont.
