It would be a fight that no one could win, and after battling for hours they would discover this, and decide to form a truce, just long enough to eat all the pizza. They would then leave, promising to come back at a certain time to do it all over again. Commemorating this event each year, they would call this happening the Titen Turtle pizza War.

Teen Titans would win...even though the TMNT gots mad weapons and ninja skillz...the Titans got uber cool powers...so they'd win.
