LOL! Hmmmm....Probably not since it is very much like bologna and has a high fat and salt content.

Couldn't say for sure. Only a nutritionist would know.

Its Italian bologne with pieces of fat running through it - no it is not healthy. Not only because of the large chunks of fat in it but also its a processed meat.

It contains lumps of fat, so you don't want to eat a lot.
