It shows who was set up for quailifing and who was set up for the race.
But it could set the scene for next year and Gibbs Racing.

I just hope all these toyotas who were in qualifiying set up do not end up making the big one as all the other guys from the back come to the front in race set up...Its sounds like we have the making of another wild 'dega...

Go Dale Jr Go..

I predicted Toyota would win one before the season was out. I've heard all the talk about race set-up vs. qualifying set up, but this may be Toyota's best shot at winning a race in 07.

Remember Brian Vickers? I'll bet noneof you predicted him as a winner of thise race this time last year.

It's be funnier than heck to me if Villanueve won it.

Yeah, how about that! 5 of the top 6 qualifiers are Toys...go figure. And Mikey says he qualified in race trim! We'll see soon enough.

Go Jr>>>>

I think in happy hour the guys with the race setups were drafting which gave them better speed on the charts. I'm sure the go-or-go-home guys were running alone to get a better idea on how they would qualify. Let's hope there isn't a huge wreck as these guys get shuffled to the back.

Give Waltrip a chance he has had a bad year and finally things are working for him and his team at this point..
I hope Jr. finishes well along with the rest of Hendrick Motor Sports .... But until they are running up front tomarrow I will be cheering (like always) for Mikie!

I question the Toyotas setup...comeon 5 out of the top 6 Toys. Which have sucked all year. Somethings up!

It's NOT a Toyota thing! ITs an out of the top 35 thing! Everyone who had to qualify on time focused on qualifying just trying ot get into the race!

I would like nothing more than to see a Toyota win just to shove it in all the Anti-American fans faces! (Toyota is actually a productive company giving Americans quality JOBS! unlike all the others!)

The time for bashing and laughing at Toyota has 7 more races, better get your shots in now! JGR racing will make them instant contenders and I would bet they win in the first 10 races in 2008!

At Talladega, it's almost a random spot of who gets the pole because of restrictor plates.
