9-10 hours.

Brown it on all sides in oil on the stove. Then lay it on a bed of onion slices and 3-4 garlic cloves, in the crockpot. Pour about 1 1/4 cups chicken broth over it and cook on low.

Then you can either slice it or shred it to make sandwiches.

Good luck!

That sounds like a pork tenderloin. Pork tenderloin is very lean and tender--and delicious!...The ideal way to cook it is on the grill, but if you don't have a grill, slice it into 1 inch wide 'medallions', and pan fry them on high about three minutes on each side. The trick is to not cook it too long, but even to cook it well done, it still comes out tasty. You can even pound the medallions a little more flat to make them cook faster, but when you cook meat like that, you want to cook it hot and fast. That's why grilling is so ideal. To grill it: Remove the 'silver skin' (a thin, flat, 'silvery' tendon on the end of the tenderloin) carefully with a sharp knife, to keep your tenderloin from curling up. A pork tenderloin should be seasoned well before cooking, and coated with olive oil or something to help it not stick to the grill. Preheat your grill on high, then turn it down to medium right before you put the tenderloin on. Treat the tenderloin like it has four sides, and cook it on each side for 5 minutes. If it's truly only 1 1/2 inches wide, that's a pretty small tenderloin and you may want to reduce the time, but always close the lid on the grill or cover it with a foil tent/pan to trap the moisture in it. When it's done, allow it to rest for ten minutes before slicing it. You cannot ruin it if you grill it. The high heat sears the juices into the already tender meat, and if you are not squeamish, to leave it a touch pink in the middle makes it even more delicious.

Don't cook a pork tenderloin in the crock pot if you can help it! The meat is extremely tender and will fall apart if its cooked too long. If at all possible, season it and stick it in the oven for about 20 minutes per pound. Pork isn't as dangerous as it once was, so you don't have to cook it to death! Pork Roast is excellant in the crockpot, however. Here are some recipes:

1. Pork Roast: season with kosher salt, pepper, and sage. Place in crock pot with 1/2 cup white wine. Cook on low for 4 hours. Mix 1 container saurkraut with 1 chopped granny smith apple and 3 T brown sugar. Place on top of pork roast and continue cooking for 2 -4 more hours. Serve with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots.
2. Pork tenderloin: marinate for several hours in your favorite teriyaki sauce. Place in 375 degree oven, covered for 30 minutes. Remove cover and baste. Return to oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Let sit under foil for 15 minutes when you remove from oven. Serve with pineapple rice and sweet peas.

Be careful to cook it thoroughly as pork is a dangerous meat and cannot be eaten half-done; or rare! If you set it at low, let it brew overnight in the crockpot. When its very well cooked its tender & juicy too....Enjoy

The beauty of crock cooking is that you set your meal first thing in the morning and it will be "falling off the bone" by late afternoon.

Crockpots vary quite a bit, so the only trustworthy source of information about yours is the user's manual that came with it. You DID save it, didn't you?

10 on high 12 on low....do not over do the spices , they will triple in strenght over time. Make sure to line the bottom with water, and add veggies on top. You don't need any great recipe to that tenderloin once in the crockpot it speaks for itself, it will melt in your mouth. Put in for veggies potatoes and carrots as a suggestion...........And then invite me and my family over ....LOL.........Have a good dinner............
