Well, considering....genjutsu and yojutsu are nothing more than illusionary tricks, there are no sites devoted to just those skills.
Genjutsu is not directly related to physical combat whatsoever, they're something learned within and beyond simple kyojutsu.
Good luck, but you're not going to find that information by itself.
