I thought he died swimming in the ocean. He did save two girls from drowning, though and was a handsome devil to boot. His mother, Meg, and father...oh crud, what was his name....was he a cardinal or a bishop? Now I have to look it up.

Sorry, I only know of Father Feck aka Father Ted, who is from the UK. England, that is.
