Weird question I know, but instead of getting a breast reduction is there a way to exersize them?

If your over weight, they will generally get smaller too when you lose weight.

Unfortunately, NO! : )
But IF you are overweight [by about 50 or more pounds] you may decrease their size IF you were to LOSE some WEIGHT. Just as if you gained weight, they would increase in size, as well.

Besides losing weight, you will need to have breast reduction surgery.... sorry -- OR try a "minimizing bra" that can make them appear a cup size smaller...

Losing weight MAY help you lose in the breast but that is ONLY if you are already overweight.

Reductions can be covered by insurance if you complain about back pain and other health issues.

A lot of the breast is fatty tissue.

Reducing caloric intake will make you lose fat..some will come from breast tissue

No you can not exercise them.

No. It is genetically predetermined where fat is added or subtracted from your body when you lose or gain weight.
