Call some vets in the area and find out!!! Some offer a free first exam for new pups and kittens. You can shop around for the best deal also. Prices can vary greatly from vet to vet.

My small breed puppy cost £42 which is around $80. They did not include a check up fee.
She had 2 shots, with a 2 week wait inbetween.
They do not give rabies shots in the UK.

the puppys shots cost 10-15 or a series cost 27-45.

You can save a lot of money on shots if you do it yourself. Any of the pet supply catalogs sell vaccines for dogs and cats. The price is under $5.00 with the syringe. The only vaccine you are not allowed to give yourself is rabies. My favorite catalog is UPCO.

Sometimes you can find vaccine clinics that only charge for the shots, and not an exam fee.

at my vets it is 67 dollars for the first cheack up but it changes from vet to vet
