I am 17, been doing alot of cardio work out recently, swimming, cross trainer etc...But this isnt a muscle ake feeling. Some times its like a small stinging feeling, not pain, just like a light sting. Some times it feels like a air bubble or trapped air. This is like 80% on left 20% on right. Can anyone explain it. The feelings were there before the execersise tho.

Please go to the doctor, my darling!! These sort of things frighten me, sometimes you can have slight heart problems that don't show themselves until you start training heavily. Please have you folks take you to the doctor!! I'm sure your probably fine, but please make sure you tell your doctor about everything. Even if you don't think it has anything to do with the feeling in your chest. Good luck and please take it easy until you find something out!! please...

Don't take this as read but it could possibly be tietzes syndrome, this is quite rare but I have it. this is a swelling in your chest between the second and third rib which causes pain much like a heart attack but on the wrong side but the pain even though bad is nothing compared to the feeling of not being able to breathe properly, how you described it makes me think you could possibly have it.Attacks can last anything from a day to a week and then disappear until your next attack which could be weeks months or even years, this is not dangerous as I've been told but it is extremely painful and can only be treated with painkillers also its very frightening when you can't take a complete breath.
hope this helps. Jo x
