Eat more fresh veggies. Steamed or raw vegatables are low in calories (37 cals per half cup,) and contain a ton of fiber, which is what makes you feel full.
Steaming in the microwave is easy, Just put them in a microwave safe bowl, add an ounce of water and nuke for about 8 minutes.

One thing you can try is eating small meals throughout the day, and adjust what you are eating from sugary foods to healthful foods. Having small meals throughout the day (every 3 hours or so) will help keep you energized throughout the day, you won't feel deprived of food, and it should help you feel more satisfied. Of course, it'll take a couple days, if not a week or two to get your stomach adjusted to a smaller intake of food at one time, but once you get past that point, it will be much easier for you. You will feel full on smaller portions, and that will help :)
Staying active, of course, is also an important part of weight loss. Try and stay as active as you can, even if it's just taking a few extra steps wherever you go.

Always hungry despit the amount of food you eat is caused by eating all the wrong foods. Your body is crying out for foods to nourish it and you are giving it junk. Try snacking on fruits and veggies instead of chips, sugary coffees, sodas and french fries. They will give your body the sugar it is craving without that horrible crash soon after. A diet is not an ugly word it is whatever you are consuming. It can be healthy or not. Hope you feel better.

If you consume Lot's of sugary foods.. that could be the reason your always hungry. Cut out the sweet carbs.. It might take a week, but I guarantee you'll have a different way of looking at sweets once you eliminate them from your diet.. Eat fresh fruits instead. Try eating more lean protein too. Cut out the fatty cuts of beef. Good luck

You don't have to diet, you just have to purchase foods that are more healthy when you are at the store becasue it starts there. Once at home, you should eat smaller portions and don't be afraid to wrap up your food to eat at a later time. We have been conditioned to "eat everything in our plate", but that was created during the Great Depression. You can even eat after 9pm, it just depends on your sleeping schedule.

your probably full but your body just wants more because of the taste! instead of eating all the fatting food drink a lot more water and eat a lot healthier. you don't have to go running everyday. instead take a walk with a friend so you're chatting it away while your getting your exercise!
