how do know if a boy likes you?

but signs they would do if there like shy?

they will stay by you untill you walk off. watch you, and if your not carefull and talk to them, he will quickli find another.

if you like that person you should take a chance on your feelings and let him know if you think he likes you if he turns you down at least you would know how he feels about you and then you would be able to move on because boys comes and goes until you have meet the right person for you .you just have to take that risk else you will never know how he feels for you are not its up to you and only you.what signs they would show if they were shy? Well maybe the way thy act or how shy they are around you or how nervous they are but as I said you have to take a risk and ask else you never know ?hope that helps a lot

If a guy just treat you as friends. He normally won't do nothing much more than friends. He might treat you like one of his buddies.
If a guy likes you, he'll treat you differently. He find the time and effort to get in contact with u as much as possible. Cares about you. Smiles a lot more. More touchy with you rather than patting you like you're one of his buddies. A lot of eye contact. Looking into your eyes and just smile while you're talking. Compliments you. Jealous when you're talking to another guy. He's worried if he can't reach you.
If the guy wants more than just friends he'll simply ask you out and you'll know by the conversation and body language that he's giving out.

I have some idea. If their like uncomfortable talking to u cuz they like you they probably have their hand rubbing the back of their neck cuz they're intimidated. Guys r weird sometimes. Plus it really depends on if u like them 2. Also guys have some of the same body language that we girls do. Try thinking of the things u do when u like a guy and see what they do. If they match he probably does like u. If ur still in school when they stare at u in class and talk 2 u a lot they're probably flirting. If ur kind of younger like 12 or 13 then the probably like give u flat tires and push u around and stuff. That's what guys do to me and l8er i find out that they like me.

They pay attention to you.
Every boy is different and every age group is different so its really hard to say there is a real sign.
Eye contact is a very good one, it applies to the shy and not so shy.

If a boy likes you, he will make an effort to talk to you. If the boy is shy you can go to him and see if he is interested in talking. If he trys to get out of the conversation, chances are...he is not interested.

1) You can catch them looking at you, a lot.
2) You end up always crashing into them or in the same room or hallway or something.
3) When you're near him and his friends, his friends nudge him and he looks embarrassed.
4) He goes out of the way to get your attention, even in the most subtle ways.
5) When you catch him looking at you, he either keeps staring at you, or looks away quickly, blushing.
6) He tells you he likes you =).

This is a tough one because you don't want to take things out of text. He might buy you things, dinner, etc. Invite you places with him, meet the family, bring you soup when you're sick. But don't be confused or get your heart broken in case he just wants to be your friend. If it's really getting to you just ask him "are we just friends or are you looking for something more?" If he can look you in the eye without being distracted. If he's shy he'll let you catch him looking at you then quickly look away. He'll play with his hair, running his fingers through it. He might not make the first move to talk, so you might have to do that.

Im really shy. Uh, I would probably laugh, dont know what to say, maybe turn red or something. Signs would if they are really trying to make you smile and laugh, Always trying to talk to you. Idk. Stuff that you wouldnt get from your normal friend whos a boy.

Call you on the phone, or just say hi at school. Of course it depends on their age until about 12 they think girls have cooties.
