Of course, He is God. He saw that everything was good. Look what the free will can do. I still think that the perfect love comes with the choice.

Interesting question.
It is often said that God made man in his image. People don't choose to be born and be God's subjects, right? So if we are like him, I guess God didn't choose to be the creator and manager of the world either. Maybe God has others above him too.

yes, God didn't have to create if he didn't want to, but he did, out of love for us. GOd wants to share his splendor, love, and glory with us. God bless.
