NONE are hypoallergenic, unfortunately. If they have skin, they have allergen. But light colored cats have less allergen than dark haired cats, so you can at least minimize the effects.

Some vets won't vaccinate that early, so you're asking for a lot. Check with the cat groups who need to foster cats, you can give things a try that way, see if the cat does bother your allergies, and if it does, it's technically just being 'fostered' by you and can go to a full time owner. If you find that it's working ok, then you adopt the cat yourself. This at least gives you a try out period and doesn't contribute to homeless animals all trying to find owners.

First, you cant't "train a cat". That is the beauty of the species. And second, are you allergic? If that is what you are asking, there is not an animal in the world that can fit into your life. Every animal has dander as far as I know. You could make sure that the pet is groomed consistanly and that might help.

The only truly hypoallergenic breed I know of is either a Sphinx or a Kohona and they both cost way over $80.00.
