Do internet search for "Tibetian Spaniel Club of America". They maintain a breeder list, and probably regional clubs that also have local breeders to that area.

do not go to a puppy farm or a pet shop , use only reputable breeders , who have been recommended by a vet or by the kennel club , go to a few shows and see the dogs first hand , look round take your time , and choose wisely , booking in advance and waiting for the right puppy for u good luck

I would look on the web or white pages, for a Canine Control Council in the capital city of your state. They will have a list of reputable breeders.

Check out akc.org,,,,they have a breeders listing for all breeds of dogs,,,usually with puppies listed for sale. Hopefully there will be one in your area, or close enough to do a road trip! You could also check out the newspaper, but I have never seen one listed in there. AKC is your best bet.

Look for the parent clubs website.
Ask for a breeder referral from the parent club.
Also there is breed rescue.

They have links to breed specific rescue sites. They have dogs, but they would also be able to steer you to reputable breeders in your area.
