I feel huge! I have a bit of a tummy, problem thighs and hips :/

Maybe it's a psychological issue; I don't know, but I just feel totallyyy overweight.

I'm asthmatic, and really busy during the weekdays, so what kinda of exercises should I do to lose weight and keep it off?

Also, I'm not interested in a restrictive diet; I don't believe in yo-yo dieting philosophies. I love food, but I never binge, but instead I just eat in moderation. I've pretty much been around this weight since I was 13, and I want to be thin!! Some people say I'm slim, some people say I'm chubby, most people say I'm normal, but I guess I just want to be pretty :/

Any suggestions?

Thanks :)

def. nothing!!! being skinnier will not make you any prettier. Guys like it when girls are curvy. Just think: your weight is the equivalence of someone who is 5'2'' being 110 lbs.... that is light!! Your just tall so you might weigh a bit more... even though 135 is really skinny

At 5'7" you're within a normal weight range. I think the problem you're having is the same most women have, an unfirm stomach and thighs. There's lots of great exercises that can be done. Though as an asthmatic, you'll want to check with your doctor before starting any of them. Interval cardio training or HIIT is best for your stomach. 30 min 4-5 times a week. For thighs, squats, lunges and dead lifts will have you pretty toned in a couple of months. 3 times a week for any strength training. For upper body, try curls, push ups, pulls ups and shoulder exercises. You'll look great in no time!

You definitely shouldn't base how you think you look by what people say. People say Pamela Anderson is on the tubby side- and she's 11% below her 'ideally healthy' weight. Your tall, so you can probably pull off 130! I'm 5"6 myself, and I weigh around the same amount as you. I know what its like...you're not super skinny, but you're not fat either. You're just....normal. You're honestly doing everything as for eating in moderation. As for exercising, try to walk as much as possible. It may seem like nothing, but after a busy day, just go for a 20-30 min. fast pace walk. Or if you're good at jogging/running, try that. You will feel refreshed.

5'7" and 135 pounds is 21% body fat, and practically perfect!
Normal range is 121 [ 19% ] to 153 [ 24% ].
If your bust and hips are within two inches of each other, you are perfectly normal.
To tone hips and thighs, you should do some aerobic exercise for 30 [ build up to 45 ] minutes a day. Walking, running, cycling, and dancing work very well on your bottom half.
Pushups tone arms, chest, shoulders, and upper back.
Situps tone lower back and upper abs.
Obliques tone sides and whittle waistline.
Crunches tone lower abs and lower back.
Squats and lunges tone butt, thighs, and hips.

Personally i think there is nothing wrong with you, i think you have a good weight for your height, but if you feel as if you need to lose weight then id say dont go under 125. You are already slim not chubby at all. Mabye even if you just tone up.

Don't just remain there! Do squats while combing your teeth, calf raises whilst standing in line, or lunges while chatting on the phone.

I don't think you need to lose a thing! As long as you eat healthy , you sound just right. Being skinny has nothing to do with pretty, in my opinion.
