ok so iv applied to several places(like 5), and no one has hired me yet and its been like 2-3 weeks..and i really need one fast..ill be 17 this month, and i need something close to home..i live in river forest,IL. can any one help? or does any 1 know where i can find help??

iv already applied to walgreens, dominicks, spizzicos, panera, and massa.

It takes more than 5 applications to get a job. Keep applying but don't expect to hear back from them unless they want to do an interview. Sixteen is old enough for many jobs like fast food or retail that don't pay much so adults generally don't take them. My niece's first job was cutting veggies for a salad bar for minimum wage some girls got promoted to waitress but it took a year or more.

Go to Walmart or McDonalds...they're always hiring
