Why do no longer you think in my impressive Goddess? Or the Hindu God Krishna? Or interior the White Buffalo lady of the interior sight human beings? -- what you're thinking once I ask it fairly is tremendously a lot the comparable reason i don't have faith in Jesus. i don't have faith he probable existed as there is not any evidence for him. If he did exist i don't have faith he replace into divine-- purely some rabble rouser legends grew up around. i don't have faith interior the Christian concept of God or the Bible (and does no longer desire to-- frankly if i assumed a much better power replace into like that i does no longer be keen to worship him). there is not any such element as hell, heaven, sin, eternal damnation, etc-- those have been only Christian misinterpretations while the Pagans have been attempting to make heads & thoughts of the Jewish scriptures. Jesus did no longer even qualify simply by fact the Jewish messiah; so if the unique scriptures have been real, Jesus is a faux messiah and the Christian Bible is fake. If the unique scriptures have been fake (it fairly is what i think of) then none of something that got here out of it fairly is real.

You miss one small point of the Jesus Story. Jesus message was that ordinary people can have a personal relationship with God without having to use a church or priesthood to mediate the relationship. Of course, churches grew up around Christianity, but churches and their leaders do not replace the truth that an individual can have a direct relationship with God through Jesus.
The difference between your concept and what I am stating is that churches, religions, sects and other groupings demand loyalty to the organization through teaching the meanings of of Religion to it's members or church to it's members.
This church and religious thing is OK but it does not take the power of an individual to communicate and have a relationship with God through Jesus or not, personally without a religion or church or even an explanation of how to go about communicating to the Creator!
Humans are smart, but it is almost never brains or intelligence that bends our knees because it requires being humble to approach God in any fashion. It is fear, pain, heartache and loneliness that bends are knees!
Often a person is totally alone at the moment of his or her greatest need for God. In this situation, religion is of little help and another person to assist is also missing.
So we as humble humans must find the way by ourselves to speak to God or at least listen to God, through Jesus or alone.

Based on your irrational logic, I want to ask you these questions:

1. Jesus prayed as recorded in the bible many times. So how did he pray? Did he say Father I am praying through myself to you? Or did he say directly Father?

2. Jesus prayed to whom? To the Father? To himself first then to the Father? Or just to himself?

3. Is there any prayer uttered by Jesus in the bible mentioning his name first before directly going to God?

4. Did the disciple pray to God directly or they pray first to Jesus before going to God? The bible clearly shows that the disciples prayed to God directy and not through Jesus.

The problem with you is that you believe the teaching of Paul more than the teaching of Jesus and his disciples. Paul did not see Jesus personally and was not even Jesus' disciple. If you read the Acts of the Apostle, you will find that Paul and the disciples of Jesus had arguments many many times about the very teaching of Paul because he went away from the true teaching of Jesus!!!

Try reading about Paul's hypocrisy, lies and bad-mouthing. You will understand why many Christians nowadays are rejecting him. Click that Yahoo search and type in "St. Paul versus Jesus Teaching." Go on and learn more...

There are many who disagree with you! Jesus is a Prophet of The Creator who was sent to The Jews.
Yes, we can -and do- go direct to The Creator. In Islam we, Muslims go direct to The Creator five times a day... in a way that The Creator, Himself, has taught us.

Christians believe in Jesus, others don't. And my question is: How comes "Christian & democratic" states attack other Christian-or even democratic-states, in order to please Islamic authoritarian states, such as the Ottoman Empire in the 19th Century, or Saudi Arabia today?

What I do not understand is why you think it's your job to get people to believe in Christ, people have every right not to believe in him if they don't want to, the same as you have the same right to believe in him, the thing you do not have a right to is to shove your beliefs down their throats.

Very sad truth.
2Co 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
