She should go to rehab, go to church, do counseling, 12 step program, etc. I don't see how jail would help her or her kids. She needs to get her act together for herself and so she can become a better mom for her children.
Hopefully, having her children taken away from her is a wake-up call so she will do something to get her act together.

Ok, all we know is what the media shows and tells us. She is a real person just like everyone else. Maybe she is not mom of the year, but jail? I am in no way a Brittney fan, but I don't think how she is raising her son's is really any of our business. They are feed, clothed, and safe. If they were in any danger, they would have been taken long ago. I think CPS has bigger fish to fry, like father's who put their babies in microwaves and mothers who tape pacifiers to babies faces. All mothers make mistakes, especiall young first time mothers. Not to mention the cameras shoved in her face at all hours of the day. Just remember, what we know is what we are told. None of us really knows what goes on behind closed doors and without this info, it is not our place to judge.

Well, she already lost custody, so that is a step in the right direction. She should have lost custody months ago when she was exhibiting all that strange behavior. She is clearly using drugs, so I think a few days in the slammer might open her eyes. I feel sorry for those poor boys to have a whack job like that for a mom.

I think that Britney shouldn't go to jail but she shouldn't get that special treatment that a celebrity gets. She should be treated like the rest of us.

I don't think she should go to jail. I think she need's to change her lifestyle and get some major help. I am afraid she's on a downward spin to killing herself if she doesn't. She need's to focus on getting off the drug's and booze for two reason her very cute boy's. Who need their momma.

i dont know.. she already got her kids taken away. people need to leave her alone! shes not like the only person that is struggeling out there with kids! she will figure it out on her own hopefully.. uh and iam pretty sure her boys are being well taken care of. people are like oh her poor boys but uh iam sure there just fine.

I don't think that's a jailable offense. But I do think she needs to be committed. She is spinning so out of control that I don't think she can stop on her own. I keep expecting to read that she was found dead somewhere.

jail is not the remedy here....
involuntary commitment to a phyciatric hospital...
let's add it up....
1.) failed marriage
2.) lost custody of her kids
3.) career in dumpster
4.) shaved head
5.) constantly abuses drugs and alcohol
jail supposed to cure this dangerous mix?...i think not....she needs professional help or your gonna read about her in 6 months in the obtiuary column.
