Helping people is good.
Hurting people is bad.
That's it. No Bible necessary.

Yes it does. And no, logic has nothing to do with morality. Ethics (= morality) cannot be individual (no place here to explain this point). Ethics is above logic. Logic may be individual - it is its weak point. The sense of ethics is in its ruling over all individuals of a given society - otherwise there is no reason for its existence. This way, the first Christians were not wrong saying the Lord's laws have priority before the human ones. It is still valid.

Some people who say they are acting in the name of religion may misunderstand their religion or practice it wrongly. For this reason, it is a mistake to form any idea of that religion from the activities of these people. The best way to understand Islam is through its holy source.
The holy source of Islam is the Qur'an; and the model of morality in the Qur'an is completely different from the image of it formed in the minds of some westerners. The Qur'an is based on the concepts of morality, love, compassion, mercy, modesty, self-sacrifice, tolerance and peace, and a Muslim who truly lives according to these moral precepts is highly refined, thoughtful, tolerant, trustworthy and accommodating. To those around him he gives love, respect, peace of mind and a sense of the joy of life.

Yes, especially the part where god told the Israelites to "borrow" clothing and valuables from the Egyptians, right before leaving, telling them they will find favor in the sight of the Egyptians, meaning they can use guile and deceit to get stuff.
Yes, the Bible is a good source of morals.
Also the parts where god told them to kill and plunder their neighbors, "...leave alive nothing that breatheth."

Moral, as found in the Bible, comes from logic. They belong each one to the other.
May God bless you!

I believe human beings are by nature evil and therefore not capable of logically coming with their own morality. It may seem logic, but since humans are flawed and evil they cannot make it up. The Bible however, if you accept it as the word of God, is not man's morality but rather God's for man which is why it is accepted as morality.

Very simple actually. I ask myself, would I like to be treated that way? Would I like having that done to me and so forth. If the answer is no, then I should not do it. Simple. Would I like to be robbed? of course not, so I don't rob. Would I like to be cussed at? No, so I don't cuss at other people. Very simple really. You may see it as do un to others as you would like to be done on to you.
