If you have WinAmp installed, it has a plug-in that will convert your MP3s to WAV format. Just open the Preferences menu by pressing
+p
Go to
Plug-ins >> Output
and select "Nullsoft_Disk_Writer_plug-in". If you press the "Configure" button, you can choose what directory you want to save the file in. Make sure you have the Loop option turned off, otherwise it will keep writing to the WAV file until you press Stop.

use audio converter s/w, u can use winamp additionally pass winamp selection and choose plug in and choose wave output now winamp first will convert mp3 to wav format then it is going to play, you may now use that record.

hi friend .. it can be easily done by many softwares .. bt in nero it s quite easy .. just play a song in nero wave editor and save as wav means automatically ... it can be converted ..... nero s available in
