I would have to say not. Martial arts is like anything else in that you only get out of it what you put into it. Karate one day a week will hardly give you a good foundation to learn and work from. You better plan for three days per week for that. Weight lifting twice per week-that's better than none but I would consider upping that to three times per week also. Kr av Magda twice to three times per week also-just like karate.
Imagine that I am a professional bowler and you and I meet at the bowling alley and you bet me that you can beat me and you are betting your life on it. What are the chances of you winning if you are only a recreational type bowler? I think you would agree that while anyone can be beaten I have a huge advantage. Don't get me wrong some working out like that which you outline above is much better than none but I think you also need to look at it and decide what your goal or purpose for this is. If it is just to be tougher and better able to protect yourself then it may work and be fine. If it is to compete or fight competitively then you will have to dedicate yourself, your time, energy, and effort more-so than what you have outlined above.

GSP won his first amature MMA fight with only karate, as long as you spar full resistance its alright if you want to pass on getting hit in the head all the time
anyway, you should train much more in my opinion and also do something to cover ground game like BJJ or Sambo or wrestling, the spartan training is intense, I got the video also, 2 days a week is enough but you should train more, either karate or Krav, maby 3 times a week karate and 1 time Krav
Also add cardio like sprints and hill sprints in the morning and you have a good scedual there

Nowhere in that schedule is there any training on modern weapons--pistol, rifle--cqb and distance, shotgun, tasers and other LL weapons.
There's also not *nearly* enough cardio conditioning in there. Can you run at a moderate pace for 2 hours, THEN do your Krav class?
www.crossfit.com if you want to go as far as possible.
