Its a chicken pasta and chilli tomatoes dish but at the mo very tasty but too hot! How do I numb it down a bit!

Try adding a few drops of lemon juice, you'll still get the flavour of the chili but without the heat.

Toss a potato in there for about 20 minutes to catch the heat and then remove it.
if it's still too hot try putting a spoonful of plain yogurt in the pot and stirring it.

Coconut would help but I'm not sure what it would do to the taste. Maybe add some fresh cream instead.

Add some whole milk. If it gets too runny and still is too spicy, you'll have to throw it out and start over.
