Yes, like syrian hamsters, dwarf hamsters need a wheel. Not only does it prevent obesity, but it prevents boredom. Living in a cage with nothing to do can get old pretty fast. A wheel allows the little guy/s to get rid of his energy. My 6 LOVE their wheels.

Of course!!! Every hamster needs a wheel. It's a sourse of excersicing. If you don't have a wheel for your dwarf hamster then it will bite on the cage wires and begg you to be taken out of the cage because they just want to move around!

Also, dwarfs are the most energetic hamsters of all so PLEASE make sure you have a wheel!!!

Yes, all hamsters need wheels. It's an exercise tool for them. Make sure you don't get the wheels made of metal wires. The legs of your hamster may get caught and hurt your poor hamster.

Yes, mine all used and use wheel. Also, yes, it is needed, hamsters spend lots of time in it and it's good excercise: in a cage without wheel cannot run like in the wild. Especially for Roborovski hamsters, as they are hyperactive.
