So do people think God creates people?

I know people say God created the first two people in the universe. But even now do people think he creates us? Wouldn't God just leave it to the mother and father to create the baby.

Mother and father create the body. God creates the soul, but only when the creation of the body don't transgress His laws ( father raping mother, or father and mother are close relative , brothers, or cousins).

Creation is just that- God is involved in protecting a HUMAN FETUS- and YES, they do have feeling, etc. BEFORE Their birth- Did you get through the rantings of MooseMose? MAN, he apparently does NOT work in the Medical Field, or has given birth- NOT TO BE rude, or anything. And for the answerer who asked you to go to sleep, WHY bother answering? God has a plan for everybody. From creation on. Some ppl do turn into bad seeds, but, that is Satan taking over. That is what CHOICES are meant for. Of course, conception is up to the parents of the child. A pregnancy and the fetus ARE human beings after the second trimester. Yes, God created Adam and Eve. Yes, God is a big part of creating us. Yes! He doesn't join in on a threesome, either! THAT was a sick answer! Believe it or not, Satan IS afraid of God, as he is the most Powerful being amongst us. Mother and father don't create, they procreate, they reproduce.

Creation is bringing something into being from nothing. The body of man was made out of the mud, and God breathed the breath of life into him, but his spirit was created from what did not exist in the natural world. The bible says that the spirit of God moved on the face of the waters in Genesis 1:2. The spirit was over the water (which is a metaphor for people, also) but not in it until man was formed and became a living being.

I gave a thumbs up to the too long answer above mine. But I realize I disagree with some of it. The baby brought forth has seen the true light. Baby has a body, soul & conscience. I believe the conscience is a spiritual seed. But then at the age of rebellion, child gets hardened conscience & this is referred to spiritual blindness/death. Where Jesus said that to see the Kingdom of God, one must be born again.

I work in a Catholic hospital. It has signs up saying a baby is a gift from god. So I would think some people to believe this true. That god creates people. I don't agree. But I imagine many do.
