I certainly would if I believed in my friends and I thought the couple had a chance. I'd base my feelings on the sincerity of the couples love and commitment. I have boycotted weddings in the past due to lack of belief in the union and I was right. The marriages didn't last five years in both cases. However, I would never boycott a friends wedding just because the couple were of the same sex.

i would, because the wording of your question indicates that they are a friend. i would attend a friend's wedding. i don't have a problem with gay relationships and i think it's absurd that the gov wants to mandate what forms "valid" love can come in. i'm a straight, married, christian and i wouldn't give a gay wedding a second thought. i would rsvp and show up ready to dance the night away.

Yes I would.

If I would object to it, I wouldn't be a friend of theirs in the first place, right? So if my friend found someone they wanted to build a life with, I would go to the wedding if invited.

If you say this person is your friend then why not go! I guess it is all how you feel about the whole same sex marriage but if this person is your true friend then is shouldn't be a problem.

Yes because they are my friend, and as my friend I would support them in their life's decisions. It's not like they are committing a crime is it? It may not be how I choose to live my life, but if they are happy then that's all that matters.

Of course!

I would not have a problem with that and I'd be tickled to be invited to any friends greatest day!

if you are friends, you knew that they were gay right away, didn't you think that gay people fall in love? you are not a true friend if you have to ask this question.
