Usually there is a kiosk machine and there is usually staff to help. If you don't know or can, just walk up to the usual desk where you check in your luggage and they will surely help you from there.
Or yeah, call the airline service if you're still nervous.

I know some people that work in airport security. If you have done everything correctly, and it still won't let you print, you may be a selective. This is someone that is flagged by TSA because either you bought a one way ticket, bought the ticket within 24 hours of the flight, or any other security flag. Therefore you will receive a boarding pass in the airport with a couple of X's on bottom telling them to search you. This means they will scan you more thoroughly at the security checkpoint, so be prepared t open all your carry on bags to be inspected. Nothing to worry about, but make sure you show up a little earlier,so you have enough time. Have a nice flight.

The reason you cannot print your boarding pass is that you are flying international. I'm not sure what airline you are flying, but most of them will not let you check in online for those flights.

The reason being is that you have to have your passports scanned and validated by an airline employee before they issue you your boarding pass. Just show up at the ticket counter with those passports ready and you'll be fine.

If your on an international flt. I'm sure they need to scan your passports.
So make sure you have them and make sure you are in the airport 2 hrs. before your dept. time.

You did not say what airline your using but some have self serve check in you can use yourself. If your checking bags you can indicate how many bags you are checking and you will need to go to the ticket counter to get your bag tags.
Of course you can just go up to the ticket counter and let them check you in.
Again airlines are all diff. you may want to call the airline for more info or some others here can give better info if they fly out of Boston.
