いってらっしゃい (itte rassahi) is a common thing to say when someone's leaving you. It literally means "go and return" but could be loosely translated as "see you later"

I couldn't find anything for "fudu." Could you have meant "fuku"? If so, fuku could mean "good fortune" (福) or "clothes" (服)

知勇 (chiyuu) means "wisdom and courage"

I'm not sure why all these would be together though. If you gave us a context, we might be able to answer you question better.

I guess it is "itterasshai buchiyuu".

buchiyuu is a sound of kissing.
itterasshai, buchiyuu = Have a nice day!(or see you!) , *kiss*
