Sure. Corn oil is a specific type of vegetable oil insetad of a mixed vegetable oil. Peanut Oil or Olive oil are different textures and heavier flavors, so avoid those.

Yes, they're interchangeable in baked goods.....I like to also use peanut oil, but you have to be careful it anyone in your household has an allergy to peanuts.......Not a good idea to use peanut oil if your going to be, say, bringing brownies to an office environment where you might not know whom might have a peanut allergy......Enjoy!!!

I always do. I have been using corn oil for about everything anymore. I really can't tell the difference.
