Over Thaksgiving 2 years ago. Very sore for a couple of days after; back to work a week later; took me about a year to be able to eat spicey foods again.

I had my gallbladde out in 1989. It was awful. I did not get the microsurgery so I have a scar that is six inches long.
I felt like crap for ten years.
I have adjusted now but I still have problems with alot of foods.
It is not fun... but sometimes very necessary.
