The Airbus 320 has 25 rows - 3 seats on each side of the center isle.

The Embraer ERJ-190 has 25 rows - 2 seats on each side of the center isle.

MC (above) is mixed-up on what a "row" is. (eg. Row 1, Seats [A] [B] [C] (center isle) [D] [E] [F].

Stella (below) is mixed up on what "isle" means. There is only one center isle down the center of the plane in which people walk.

By the way, I fly JetBlue all the time and I am in their frequently flier program member.

Some thoughts on choosing a seat.

I like to sit in seats over the wing. It offers a smoother ride--especially during turbulence, and it is closer to the mid-section escape doors.

If the trip is short, sit by the window--unless you have to go to the lavatory a lot and do not want to climb over people. On the plus side, you have a window to look out of; the downside is that it takes a little longer to disembark the plane than the isle seat.

If the trip is long, sit next to the isle. You can get out of your seat without bothering anyone else in your row, and it feels less claustrophobic. The downside is that you are exposed to crew and passengers traveling through the isle.

If you are traveling with children or older people who may need assistance, try to get a seat towards the cockpit (front end).
