i bought some g star jeans from an expensive shop called Aspecto. The buttons from both sides at the back fell off and i went to get a refund or an exchange and the manager at the store said he cant exchange or refund me because i have cut the threading. Basically he accused me for taking them buttoms off. i am not with a useless pair of jeans. what should i do ? and where do i stand ? please help thanks

Go back & demand your money back. If you didn't cut them off stand your ground & threaten to get on to the Department of Trade & Industry. ( I think they're the right people). Raising your voice in the shop while there are customers there might help too. But be firm.

Well assuming that you didn't do the damage?
Next question is how long have you had them?
If they were a recent acquisition then I suggest you go back in and tell manager that this is unacceptable and you are contacting the trading and standards at the council (assuming you are UK) or there alternative in whichever country you are in.
If you do go back to shop be careful what you say to the manager, do not swear or threaten violence as this will get you nowhere.

I guess theres nuthin yu can do coz yu cant proove yu dint cut em off!

hi, if refund and exchange is impossible leave the problem and learn the lesson of that you experienced.

Buy a new one!!!
