All three are good. Its best not to drink bottled though. Tap water is safer for the environment and cheaper. The only way to get flavored water is in plastic bottles.

If I have to take a tablet I drink water straight from the tap. It's pure - no need to buy bottled water. Otherwise I drink coffee with boiled tap water added.

I go for tap water - it's free (well almost) and has the best balance of nutrients and minerals. Only a real mug would pay for their water in bottle! And it's not environmentally friendly - millions of litres of water are transported every day and who benifits? The share holders of bottled water companies!

At home i Drink Tap water (council juice), sometimes i add diluting juice to it, At work i drink Bottled water, even though they have machines that chill and filter it, just sometimes they taste like wet dogs, so i use the bottled water at work, sometimes flavoured, but usually carbonated mineral water.
