That's actually not even enough to function properly. Depending on your current weight you should be having anywhere from 1200 to 2000 calories a day. To lose weight in a healthy way decreas your intake of calories anywhere from 200-400 of what you would normally eat in a day and increase your excercise. This will give you a negative calorie count without being unhealthy. Just to let you know, if you eat less than that, you will lose weight, but you're gaining fat.(Muscle weighs more than fat so your muscle will drop off and you'll weigh less.) Your body starts burning muscle instead of fat. It's also an eating disorder.
Good luck on losing weight, but be careful. Eating disorders mess your body up beyond repair. (believe me, I know first hand.)

The biggest mistake people make is counting calories. It's not calories you have to be concerned with. You need to be concerned with fat. Stay away from fat. Eat live food such as raw vegetables and whole wheat products for energy. You need that energy when you diet. Drink plenty of water and don't be so concerned with your weight. Weight changes day to day. I'd weigh in about once a week. What you should notice is how your clothes feel on you. And stay away from sugar because sugar has no fat, but if not used for energy, it will transfer to fat. Natural sugars from fruits are fine. I'd encourgae it. And above all, do some kind of exercises like sits up, push ups, running, etc. And never eat after 6pm. You don't want to have a full tummy when you go to bed. That is one of the worst things you can do for dieting. And when eating salads, try lemon juice instead of salad dressings. Many dressings are loaded with fat. Some dressing are fat free, but check the label because many are replaced with sugars. I recommend Russian dressing. It has only 6g of fat. Hope this helps.

yes if you want to screw your health and motabolism up.
That is extrely low and will ultimatl cause many health problems such as a disfucntional metobolism system that will stop working and cause you to gain weight. Malnutrion, and many other health problems resulting from lack of energy being supplied to the cells so that you body can perform properly.
Increase your caloric intake to a well rounded minimum of 1200 calories, excerise and abotu every 3 weeks increase your intake by 2 hundred or more. the more you excercise the more calories you are going to burn and the more effectivliy your body will use them.
Just reducing calories will hurt much more than it helps

Thats extremely dangerous, You're body will literally go into starvation mode and eat your muscle, so when you move your calories up you will infact gain more weight as you haven't lost any fat, just muscle, you will be extemely weak also!
I suggest if your loosing weight, you exercise 4times a week for an hour
and move your calorie intake to 1200 and eat healthy.
Good luck and i hope this helped.

First off you have to get rid of the calories that you are consuming each day to maintain your weight or lose it. When you already burned all the calories, but still doing exercise your body will use the stored fat in your body as energy (fat will be gone).

No, your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto the fat stored in your body if you don't eat enough calories.
