Eat some chocolate, not to much.
Make exercises every day.
Try to interact with as many people as possible. If you don't have any friend, you could salute or ask for health the neighbors or the old people in the park or any other person you didn't observe until now.
Read jokes on the internet.
Do that for few weeks and then you will have the power to get a real life.
Good luck.

You've already taken the first step in getting better. You're asking for help. You say you've been treated for depression before and it was working. Does this mean that you are no longer in treatment? If so, you should definately talk to your doctor again. Even if you are still being treated, it sounds to me like something in your life has changed since you first started treatment, so you should definately talk to them again. You should also consider talking to either a psychologist or a psychiatrist, a family counsellor, school counsellor, parents or guardians if you feel comfortable, or if you are a spiritual person, someone at your church. Hopefully one of them can help you figure out your feelings of self hatred and betrayal.
High school can be a pretty rough time for even the strongest of people, so don't let it get you down even further. It can also be a wonderful time in your life if you give it a chance.
Good Luck

If you are a freshman it could be the sudden crowdedness in a huge place. I felt like i was just one in a million people who could care less about who I was. The best thing you could possibly do is join clubs... it sounds weird but seriously it worked for me last year... you can find peole who are interested in the same thing as you are. If you are doing bad in classes and you can't help it then you can ask to drop to a lower class. The worst thing you can do is just sit around feeling miserable. Get up right now and fill out an aplication for a job or a club because when you are constantly busy it is hard to stay focused on how miserable you may feel... I hope you feel beter soon :)

You stated that you feel hated and betrayed. That means that someone else is controlling how you feel about yourself. I know you don't want to hear stuff about self love. When you look in the mirror, you do not feel love. What I can say is that if you compare yourself to others, you are bound to fall short. Find something you are good at and dive into that. Paint, write, help children younger than yourself. Children have a way of making you their hero. You can not feel bad about yourself when you are a superhero. (smile) High School is a crappy time. You will get through it.

I don't know what to tell you, cuz I feel that way a lot. Even on days when I'm coool with me, I feel like others aren't. It sucks. But I'm against meds and want to fight this sober. The toughest thing for me is a crappy work environment. Since that's where you spent most of your time. It's so hard to find a decent group of people to work with and maybe even make a few friends. Right now I'm in a crew of women hating men, it's reall ******* fun! Sigh.

I am sorry you feel like that, I advice you to start making exercises, that works for me because, I get to think while I am running or swimming, and i relax I see things in a different light, I hope you feel better soon, and also get together with friends go to the mall, go to the movies, draw, look at magazine, just interact don't think a lot about the negative I promise you, you'll get better, as you grow up and mature, hang in there.

You need to find someone to talk to so you could let your feelings out. I know what it feels like because I've been through depression.
Don't allow yourself to be alone for long periods of time. Talk to someone. Whether it's online or in person or on the phone. Or even if it's just talking to God. Remember that it's okay to cry. Depression is treatable, it takes a lot of will and courage.
Please stay strong.

Since you already have a history, it is better to take the help of a qualified health professional like a psychiatrist for your problem. If that is not possible, see an alternative medicine specialist.

Please seek help. Go for counseling. High school is a tough time for everybody and so is being a teenager. Please tell your parents or a school counselor. There is help out there. Your whole life is ahead of you. Someday you will look back on this time in your life and realize you are stronger than you gave yourself credit for.
Please seek help. There are many confidential programs available. This too shall pass. Talk to someone.
