Hi Sassy. I'm a single male 40 years old. I've been in relationships where I fell in love shortly after we started dating. Not sure if it was love or lust. Other relationships it took longer. It just varies so much with the person your with and how well you connect. I've dated girls that if I saw them once a week, I was happy with that frequency. Others, I couldn't get enough of and I wanted to see them regularly. I think if you want true love, you should know if your going in that direction (emotionally) within the first couple of months. I was 20 years old and it took probably a month. I dont think this would always be the case. This was just something really special. I honestly do not think it will ever happen that quickly for me again. Just depends!!

Literally love at first sight. I was 18, she was 19. We got married a little over a year later and will celebrate our 25th anniversary in a couple of weeks.

I had a problem of rushing into relationships. I would say a matter of days but I wouldn't recommend it.
