That's a good question. As a Christian myself I first pray while at the kitchen looking out at a tree that is formed like a cross. I Give thanks for another day I've opened my eyes and at night praise "Our Father" in the name of Jesus Christ.
I don't know if you would call it praying but I try to keep in constant contact with the Lord.
Just remember what it says in the bible about not standing on corners praying for all to here, but go quietly into your room and say something like this, Our Father Who Art In Heaven. That could be construed as a parable, meaning take you place where ever you are and speak through your heart.
Faith is the lack of knowledge. Let us keep the faith and when the student is ready the teacher will appear. YOU WILL KNOW!!

We are to pray without ceasing. This doesn't mean that you always have to close your eyes and bow your head. Praying is talking to God. Sometimes I talk to Him when doing dishes or other household tasks. Someone or something will come to mind and I will say a quick prayer about it. Too often we think that prayer is a deep somber action when in fact Jesus says that we are to come to Him as little children. Think about how a child comes to his parents and asks for something or tells them about their day. Just talk to God.

Muslims have prayer at least 5 times a day. Since Christians pray to the same God (God of Abraham) then if we expect God to favor us, we wil need to pray more than the Muslims. Maybe 7 or 8 times a day. Structured prayer, along with bowing, kneeling, and chanting.

Often...all throughtout the day. Talk to God. You will be surprised how in the quiet times He answers you. I am honest with God even when I am angry and disappointed. He still listens. His way is so subtle - and gentle you could easily miss it in the rush of today's busy world. After you feel it - rejoice - savor it. Feel the chills run through your body - that you have "connected" to Him. It's such a wonderful feeling. BTW, I know this pastor who said if you ask something from God - write it down. Alot of people aren't aware of how often He answers prayers.

The answer not only is found in scripture, where we are told to pray without ceasing, it is also found in the heart of the believer. When one accepts the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal saviour, their heart changes, and they long to spend time with Him, both in His word, and in prayer.
I find that when my time is focused to much on myself, or worldly things is when I am not in prayer as much as my heart longs to be.
However, a meaninful prayer life takes time to build. Don't fall into a trap of how you should be praying. Worship and thank God, and lay all your burdens at His feet.
God bless.

The scriptures tell us we are to pray without ceasing! I take that to mean that we need to converse with Him throughout our waking moments!

All the time. Praying is like breathing....you should be constantly communicating with God. When you work, while you drive....prayer is TALKING to God. You can and should do that constantly.
