Why should i pay for the bad doing of my parents? why should i be called a criminal when i never gave my consent to be brought here like this?
it was 1994 when my parents came up with the idea to come to the united states (lived in Mexico).and i was only 4 years old and didn't know what i was doing . i didn't know i came here, to the united states, unwelcome .
Now, I am an 11th grader with so-so grades taking some Ap classes and now I face more problems then what i ever did.
i cant drive cause i have no drivers license. i cant work because i have no social security number. i cant buy i house cause again, i have no papers. And if i thought i had enough problems already, in two years ill be going to college. More problems for me .

Im lost i dont know what to do, Im afraid of messing it all up and throwing everything that i have worked for out the window.
is there anything i can do, with out it interfering with my life as a student . please help me. I dont want to be illegal anymore!

Stop crying and start looking for the ways to become a citizen in the United States. You really haven't done anything wrong compared to others here in the United States without papers.
Start out first by learning and understanding how to speak, read, and write the English language, by doing so you'll be able to correct what has happen to you. Translating Spanish to English sometimes loses it meaning, and what people understand, which could be problems when going thru the necessary papers to become a citizen. There are alot of hard working people from all over the world here in the United States that for one reason or another don't start out right away to get the papers to stay here in the States and then are faced with problems. You were just a kid when you were brought to the states, you can now without anymore time lost get involved in do everything the right way. Your story is no different than other people that want help that they should have looked for many year before. I don't really know how they went about doing it, but there are people that are here illegally that have businesses, good jobs, homes, own property, yet are in fear of being deported. Anyone that is going to stay and live their lifes in the states, and don't get the necessary papers should be sent back to their countries no matter what they have in the states

Mexico isn't so bad. I have family there. A college class-mate of mine was from a small town in Mexico. I've been there many times. Honestly, if they outlawed alcohol for a year, the whole nation might rediscover its latent brilliance.

As for paying your parents' debt, kiddo, we ALL do that! Your case may be a tad worse than most but imagine if your parents had locked you in a closet or sold you into bondage? Mexico has a better average annual income than Russia. You speak English and Spanish and understand the power of law in an economy.

Whatever you do, you'll do fine. Just respect law and refuse to break it for any reason.

All you can do is return to your native country and apply for a chance to return legally. Your parents sound like horrible people. They certainly weren't thinking of you when they decided to put you in this awful position. People like that don't deserve to have children. You have my sympathy, but we can't make exceptions for you. Others, like your parents, have just created too many potential "exceptions".

My best wishes if you should decide to do the right thing and return to your country. It is a sacrifice, but the potential for a better life is certainly higher than continuing as one of the illegal "sub-class"--especially now as American citizens become more and more enraged by the situation. Things are not looking good for illegals.

Age does not matter. Breaking the law is breaking the law. Your parents fouled up your life as well as theirs. Say Thank You! It does not matter if you were four when you came you are not a citizen and owe this country tens of thousands of dollars for the education your parents and you have basically stolen from the American Tax Payer!

Edit: Heather S you are entitled to your answer and I am entitled to mine.

You wont loose anything. You will just move back to you Country and live there and graduate.
What good is going to shcool if you dont learn character. Dont cheat and do not steal.

Now think about other people instead of yourself. What about the tax payers of this country who have paid for you tutition and what ever other expenses you have incured. Should be forced to continue to pay for you education and toehr social programs becuase your parents made a mistake?
If I were you I would go back to Mexico and try to educate people so other people do not have the same things happen to them.
Teach them about honesty, integrity and the dangers of stealing fromthe American taxpayers
