i mean they brought sin here because they couldnt control themselves, it looks like my great ancestors had OCD why should i be held accountable for that

When I was in second grade, in a Catholic school, we we taught that everyone was born with "original sin" because of Adam and Eve.
Then we were taught that Jesus died on the cross to "take away EVERYONE'S sin."
So I asked the very obvious question "If Jesus took away everyone"s sin, why are we born with 'Original sin'? Didn't that mean Adam and Eve's sin was taken away?"
No one has ever answered that question and it's been close to 50 years!
Any wonder I became an atheist?

God does not hold us accountable for what Adam and Eve did, no more than He would hold us accountable for inheriting a certain eye color from our parents.
Adam and Eve chose to do what was wrong in God's eyes, and when sin entered into them, it was passed on to us. We are accountable for the wrong things that we choose to do...being that we also have free will.
Jehovah is a loving God in that even though Adam and Eve ruined our lives by polluting it with sin, God made a provision for that sin through the ransom sacrifice of His son Jesus Christ.....who bore our sins for us and paid the ultimate price.
God knows that it is a struggle for us to live in a sinful state, but we can make the best of a bad situation......by striving to please God in all things knowing that He has our best interests at heart and He will help us.

Why do you still believe in fairy tales? I've read the bible. Adam was told to not eat the apples. He never told Eve. Eve ate & gave it to him. Sex was never the issue. "God" wanted them to be naked & have sex. He was upset when they put clothes on. Read it for yourself.

Because Adam and Eve where representing the Humanity. if this was a politics, and we were senators, he would be considered our spokesman and the one holding our proxy. so anything he say and do will happen to us.
