Depends where you go and when you set the appointment specify blow dry included? or not. That's cheap so probably they will spend time on another head and you go home mop head. Try several salons. Many will dry it, true professionals want to see their work. Good luck.

they never have for me. they should blow-dry it so you see how it'll look when its dry and see if you like it. the person who cuts my hair just automatically blow-dries it for me, and i pay about the same, maybe a little more.

they may charge you though, if they ask you if you want them too and you say yes. but they should do it automatically if theyre any good

Mine does! but the one i used to have would just include it in the price. now, i just tell my hairdresser to skip it and i come home and style it and dry it how I want to. Saves a few $$$
