..it doesnt cause me any problems,but when i close it it says corrupt file in a bubble on the toolbar...will it cause any problems soon?

Suggest you contact Adobe support, after all, having paid all that money for it you expect it to work reliably

you need to uninstall adobe and reinstall it to get rid of the corrupt file...something got changed and adobe isn't able to recognize what it should...
