I have this exact thing going on, has been horrible for about two years. First it was treated with Quinine, which helped allot, now, because Quinine has been reformulated, I am taking Ultram and 50 thousand btu's of Vitamin D...because, I have a deficiency in Vit D.
I still have allot of pain, and there really is no relief except high doses of pain medications. I suggest that you see a doctor, and the person who said potassium is right on, I think. I need to do more of that too..More bananas and things like that.
hope you feel better. Also try a warm shower and Tylenol or ibuprofen . It helps too.

You need to know if you have a problem with your bones or with your muscles. It's very important that fact, because you can take other kind of pills depending of the pain.
If you have a pain in your bones, you could be suffering of arthritis or anything similar. But, if your pain is in the muscles, you could be suffering of a muscular tiredness or stress.
